How do I book a workshop?
You can book directly through our website. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the workshop details.
Any promo code must be applied before checkout. If you run into any issues, feel free to WhatsApp us at +65 8083 3201 and we'll be happy to help.
Do I need any prior crafting experience?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. We'll guide you through every step, from shaping petals to assembling your flower.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many participants join solo and enjoy the calm, creative experience. You'll be in good company.
Please note that some workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled.
As seats are limited, workshops are reserved for registered participants only.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Our workshops are generally suitable for participants aged 12 and above due to the intricate techniques involved.
Some workshops may be suitable for younger participants, and this will be indicated in the workshop listing.
Can I book a private workshop?
Yes! Private workshops are available for birthdays, team bonding sessions, bridal showers and other special occasions.
Private workshops typically require a minimum booking of 4 participants. Feel free to WhatsApp us or complete the contact form on our Let's Connect page.
Do you offer corporate workshops?
Yes. Corporate workshops can be tailored to your objectives, group size, preferred duration and location. Whether it's a team bonding session, client appreciation event or wellness activity, we'd love to create something meaningful for your team.
WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
What will I be making?
Depending on the workshop you've selected, you'll create a paper flower stem or arrangement to take home. You'll also receive a printed guide so you can continue making more flowers at your own pace.
How long does the workshop last?
Most workshops run between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the flower type and complexity.
As everyone crafts at a different pace, the actual duration may vary slightly.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time so we can begin together. As workshops run within a scheduled time slot, late arrivals may have a shorter workshop.
Where is the studio located?
Our studio is a 7-minute walk from Chinatown MRT and is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that the building is accessible by stairs only.
Can I choose my flower colour?
For most workshops, you'll be able to choose from a curated selection of colours available for that session.
If you have a preferred colour in mind, drop us a note before class and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I bring my own design?
Our beginner workshops follow a structured design so everyone can learn the techniques successfully.
If you're looking to create a custom design, send us a message and we can explore a private session.
Can I take photos during the workshop?
Of course! You're welcome to take photos and short videos of your creations and the workshop experience.
To protect our workshop content, we kindly ask that participants do not record or film the workshop in its entirety or photograph the printed guides. All workshop materials, lesson plans and techniques are the intellectual property of flowersbyfour.
We may occasionally capture photos and short video snippets during workshops for our website, social media and marketing materials. By attending a workshop, you consent to this unless you let us know beforehand.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
What is the rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your workshop date and are subject to availability.
Each booking may be rescheduled once.
What if I can't make it at the last minute?
As workshop bookings are non-refundable, bookings cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the workshop.
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Simply let us know their name before the workshop.
Are bookings refundable?
As materials are specially prepared in advance, all workshop bookings are non-refundable.
What happens if a workshop is cancelled by flowersbyfour?
In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled by us, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
